Sham Lal campaigns for Babu Singh 12/18/2014 12:31:15 AM Early Times Report kathua, Dec 17: Member Legislative Council (MLC) of Panchayati Raj, Sham Lal Bhagat conducted a door to door campaign in Kathua assembly segment to seek votes in favour of Babu Singh contesting candidate of Congress. According to press release, during his campaign Sham Lal Bhagat along with the Congress block president Assar Maneshwar Singh Rana visited Sher Kotla, Jerati, Pallimore, Bodhi and Logate areas and appealed the voters to vote and support Babu Singh . The MLC said that congress has served the people not only in our state but throughout the country in a better way.
