KISHTWAR, Dec 20 : A Lok Adalat will be held at District Court Complex Kishtwar on December 30, 2014 by the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Principal & Sessions Judge) Kishtwar for mutual settlement of the cases pending in different courts of district Kishtwar.
As such litigants, public in general and the advocates in particular are informed to approach the concerned courts for listing of their cases before the Lok Adalat.
Special preference will be given to criminal, civil and mutation cases which are appropriate for settlement in the Lok Adalat.
Parties in such cases shall remain present on December 30, 2014. |
