| DA case of Addl PRO: HC directs Secy GAD to file status report | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 22 (JNF): In a petition filed by seeking withdrawal of security and accumulation of assets (Dis-appropriate Assets) of Kewal Kumar Sharma Forest Guard-cum- Additional PRO, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J&K High Court today directed Secretary General Administration Dept to file status report in regard to the action taken with respect to the allegations of accumulation of assets by Kewal Sharma within the same time frame.
After hearing both sides Court observed that the Status report has been filed by Home Secretary, perusal whereof it brings it to fore that no residential guards and PSOs are deployed with Kewal Kumar Sharma as on date. Meantime Court directed Home secretary to file an affidavit in this regard within four weeks. Court also directed Secretary General Administration Dept to file status report in regard to the action taken with respect to the allegations of accumulation of assets by Kewal Sharma within the same time frame. |
