| In LOK SABHA in 1994 A UNANIMOUS RESOLU
TION was adopted. " One third of the area of Jammu and
Kashmir State now under the illegal occupation of PAKISTAN is an integral part of India and it shall be vacated." On this score, then Prime Minister ATAL JI warned Pakistan to remain within its AMBITotherwise be Prepared for A WAR --- AAR YA PAAR. When this Resolution was adopted , print and electronic media at the National and International level was stunned to note that how the peace loving Country like India can take such a decision. While passing the Resolution, in question, no time limit was mentioned. 21 years have gone just for nothing. Pakistan did not mend its ways up to this time and instead made several Cease Fire Violations these days.
This year it has crossed all its limits and the Cease fire Violations are to the order of more than 250 times. Still the Cease fire Violations are on. By doing so PAK is busy in devising the strategies to weaken India at any cost. The Union Government has given a clean chit/ orders to the Army to give a befitting reply to PAKISTAN suo moto without waiting for the Signal from the HQ. This is evidently clear that now the Government is fully determined to take the swift action detrimental to the interests of Pakistan.
This time If PAK doesn't apply the restraints on its action and deeds, then it should remain ready for its disintegration. India will not tolerate anymore. The Home Minister Raj Nath Singh a few days back , warned Pakistan to mend its ways. Pakistan should not take the warning so lightly. Our present PM Narendar Modi exceptionally a different personality who can take any swift action in favour of the Nation to set right the Pakistan in the days to come. Therefore , Our Country without waisting any further time should make very clear to PAK that now be ready for the action and its consequential effects.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is such a personality in this Country who commits and discharge his commitment in the right earnest always. He ruled the State of Gujarat for more than thirteen years or so as the Chief Minister and made his State a Model State for others. Prior to becoming the Prime Minister of the Country ,he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat.
Only three years ago, when he was to go to USA as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, in connection with attending of some important function / seminar or a conference over there, the USA Administration did not allow him to visit USA.
He is the same Modi who from that day worked very hard in building very good relations with USA which is progressing magnificently under the able and dynamic leadership of the President Barack Obama and ultimately succeeded in developing extra ordinary ties with USA in a short span of 7 months only after becoming the Prime Minister of India. Apart from the other matters of mutual interests , he must have discussed with him the issues pertaining to the unwanted Cease fire Violations being made by Pakistan every now and then on the International Border (IB) and Line of Control(LOC).
Not only this, he too must have discussed all the relevant matters connected with the on going Militancy in the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
On the basis of the good ties he developed with USA and its President personally within short span of 7 months or so, only three months back PM MODI invited President Barack Obama for sparing his valuable time as also from his important assignments for attending the coming REPUBLIC DAY PARADE at New Delhi on 26-01 2015.
On getting the invitation Mr. Obama immediately accepted the invitation given by Modi. By seeing this coming closer ness between India and USA within a short span , Pakistan went furious and started making the Cease fire Violations on a larger scale.
Having understood the actual problems posed by Indian PM Modi, the USA Administration warned Pakistan to remain within its ambit and it should not harm INDIA in any way. This was made clear to Pakistan by the USA. Despite all this conveyed to PAK by USA in an unequivocal terms, it went on making Cease fire violations mindlessly thereby using heavy arms and artillery. This has led to the exhaustive damages to the human lives as also the land and buildings at the IB and civilian infrastructures too .

He himself falls into it.
Exactly same thing happened with Pakistan-It tried its level best to destabilise India since 25 years thereby launching Militancy/ Terrorism in Kashmir Valley. Up to this time, nearly 70000 lives have gone for nothing-Still the Militancy is on but with no result. People in the Valley are suffering very badly due to it and misrule of the various Governments remain in power in the State from time to time. Within the prevailing circumstances, India should give a DEADLINE of PERIODICITY within which---PAK should on its own try its best to remove all the Training Centres for Militants otherwise --- Be prepared for their total dismantle ness by use of coercive actions by INDIA against all 'THIKAANAS' BEING USED AGAINST DESTROYING THE WELL BEING OF OUR NATION AND ALSO ITS SUBJECTS.

Exactly on this Philosophy, the Pakistan Administration is managing the affairs of POK. But PAK "KHUD HI IS MILITANCY KA SHIKAR HONA SHUROO HO GAYA HAI". US KO SABAK LENA HOGA ." That too after seeing the last month's terrorist strike on the small kids and students who have gone to their schools for studying. It was a great tragedy indeed.
Now the time has come to take some firm decisions in applying curbs on the ongoing activities of Pakistan, Such as :-
1.Giving of Befitting reply to Heavy bombing and firing.
2. Destroying all the Militants Training Centres existing POK and PAK.
3. Enforcing the "LOK SABHA RESOLUTION -1994" in letter and spirit. i.e. AAR YA PAAR
Liberation of our area which at present is with PAKISTAN occupied illegally.
In the history such times come exceptionally. At the moment, Indian PM is having very good ties with President Barack Obama and he has succeeded in satisfying Obama that Pakistan is troublesome for India and both the Country's heads , while taking the matter very seriously, have warned PAK to mend its ways and think for the development of its citizens.
During the course of the general Elections to the LOK SABHA and other elections in the States of J&K, Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand PM Modi went to the general masses of the Country to vote for his Party thereby referring and using the names of old stalwarts such as Atal Behari Vajpayee & Sardar Patel. And succeeded in winning the elections all over as the people of the Country want to see the Nation as Strong & Stable.
Under the leadership of Shriman Atal ji, LOK SABHA in 1994 passed a unanimous RESOLUTION to vacate our TERRITORY i.e. entire POK immediately which is with it illegally since Independence.
It is the HIGH TIME TO ACT swiftly in vacating of of POK without any further loss of time because of the reasons that Obama would definitely support us in doing so as his country too remained a victim of MILITANCY due to the actions of TALIBANI organisation Alqueda.
Time be used judiciously and Our Country demands the vacation of POK from the clutches of PAKISTAN.
I have pen down these words from the core of my heart as my country people wishes so in order to see their country as Strong and Great country in the WORLD.
To me, it is high time to act swiftly to do the ACTION practically. This determination is with our dynamic PM Modi who can find his place in our HISTORY after INDIRA JI - the dashing and dynamic IRON LADY PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA who by her deeds and actual actions proved her worth and Got created another NATION- BANGLA DESH in this world 44 years back. An old saying is there that "HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF". PAKISTAN SOHULD ATLEAST THINK 100 times before taking any 'PANGA' with India. Best Course available to it is - "LIVE IN PEACE and LET LIVE IN HAPPILY"
