Tehsildar Majalta awarded for meritorious service during census 2011 1/27/2015 11:43:55 PM Early Times Report udhampur, Jan 27: Deputy commissioner Udhampur Yasha Mudgal on Republic day awarded silver medal and certificate to then Tehsildar Majalta Sapna Kotwal for her exemplary service rendered by officer during census 2011 in Majalta tehsil of Udhampur district. Kotwal is selected for the award by Government of India, Ministry of home affairs , census department in recognition of the outstanding Zeal and high quality of service rendered during the census of india 2011 in the district . The award was formally given by deputy commissioner Udhampur Yasha Mudgal to the tehsildar Majalta on Republic day at government degree college Udhampur .Beside kotwal ten other employees of the udhampur district from different departments engaged with census 2011 duty have been conferred with such certificates and medals by government of India.
