SCC Ludhiana, KCC Khanna registers victory in 5th Police Martyrs T-20 C’ship

Kathua, Jan 28: In the ongoing 5th Police Martyr Memorial North Zone Inter Club T-20 Cricket Championship, 12th and 13th match was played at Sports Stadium Kathua. The 12th match of the Championship was played between Shabnam Cricket Club Hoshiarpur and Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana and 13th match was played between Khanna Cricket Club Khanna and J&K Police Kathua. In the 12th match, Shabnam Cricket Club won the toss and choose to Field first. Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana scored 166 runs. Bhagwinder scored 66 Runs in 42 balls and Anil Syag scored 47 runs in 52 balls. In reply, the Shabnam Cricket Club scored only 90 runs in 17.5 overs by losing all the wickets, Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana won by 76 runs.
Bhagwinder of Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana scored 66 runs and took 03 wickets, and was awarded with cash prize of Rs. 1000/- and trophy after declared as man of the match.
In the 13th match, Khanna Cricket Club Khanna choose to bat first after winning the toss and scored 144 runs. Bobby who scored 33 Runs in 26 balls . In reply, the J&K Police Kathua scored 105 runs in 17.5 overs, thus Khanna Cricket Club Khanna won by 39 runs the 13th match of the tournament. Harpreet of Khanna Cricket Club took 4 wickets in 4 overs by giving only 15 runs, was awarded with cash prize of Rs. 1000/- and a trophy after winning Man of the Match Title.
