Jammu, Jan 28:As the lines have drawn for the Rajya Sabha polls scheduled on February 7, the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) high command has catapulted Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh to hold one-to-one consultations in the run-up to the Rajya Sabha elections from the State.
Party sources said today late evening said, "On the directions of the BJP National President, Amit Shah, the Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh will be arriving in Jammu tomorrow morning to hold one-to-one consultations in the run-up to the Rajya Sabha elections from the State. "The Party High Command has deputed Dr Jitendra Singh to collect an on-the-spot assessment of the ground situation and evolve appropriate strategy to ensure positive results for BJP in the Polls for Rajya Sabha seats," party sources said.
