Plus 2 Lecturers' Forum urges Governor to cancel recent transfer orders 1/29/2015 11:24:26 PM Jammu, Jan 29: All J&K Plus-2 Lecturers Forum has appealed Governor NN Vohra to cancel all transfer orders. According to press release, a meeting of All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers'Forum was held under in its central office under the chairmanship of its State President N.S Jamwal. Forum expressed strong resentment against the recent transfer of lecturers on pick and choose basis especially ignoring lecturers repatriated from Ladakh region and they have been awaiting orders of adjustments from the last ten months which shows that the Secretary School Education Department adopted favouri-tism without adhering to any transfer norms. Forum represented the case of transfer of Ladakh repatriated lecturers so many times to the Administrative Department for their adjustments but outgoing Secretary Education has done more than 100 transfer orders ignoring the adjustment genuine and aggrieved lectures repatriated from Ladakh which is highly condemnable and not acceptable to Plus 2 cadre. Forum appealed to Governor NN Vohra to personally look into the matter and issue directions for immediate cancellation of such orders issued on Jan 27 and onwards and demanded rationalised transfer policies immediately for the smooth functioning of the institutions.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
