Jammu, Feb 26: A senior doctor as suspected of swine flu died, who was admitted in Col RN Nursing Home of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu and today shifted to Apollo Hospital Delhi after detonating his condition. As per reports, Dr Baljeet Singh was a senior doctor of Talab Tillo, who was posted at a Government Hospital in Bishnah was admitted in Government Medical College Hospital in a critical condition as suspected of swine flu related infection on February 24, 2015. He was put on life support ventilator. "After seeing his detonating condition, he had been shifted Apollo hospital Delhi today afternoon in a critical condition but he died and his test report is still awaited," Doctor told Early Times. Meanwhile, there are 22 suspected swine flu patients admitted in Col RN Chopra Nursing Home at GMC hospital but their culture report is still awaited. Administration collected 21 more new samples and sent to Delhi. Two reports were received today and one was positive, so far six people have been tested positive for the H1N1 virus in the Jammu region. |
