Jammu, Feb 26 (JNF): In a PIL filed by one Ganesh Sharma seeking construction of District Court Complex in Samba, a Division Bench (DB) of High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur issued notice to Managing Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu returnable within two weeks.
When the hearing was taken today the Division Bench impleaded the anaging Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu as party respondent and also issued notice to Managing Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu returnable within two weeks. |
