| Swine- flu is a sporadic disease, being spread all over
the Indian Territory which had galloped a huge toll of the
patients to death since its dawn has been noticed here. The virus H1N1 has great affinity of attacking the patients who are not supplied with the suitable medicines at its proper stage, may lose the chance of living so more. So many of the cases such like came to be reported all over the Indian states as it had been firstly watched in the Telengana state where it had demised the more than 13 people from their lives.
Since then the spread of the disease has been continuous in its full swing over which the Indian medical sciences have only limited sources of curable medicines. In other words we can say that the measures to tackle such cases in few of the hospitals which having some meagre resources to check this disease, though Indian medical department cum health ministry at the state as well as central level have made a tall claims of its achievements but this sporadic disease had once again made the Indian Health Ministry a lurch- full one where the spread of disease had been not under check, as the poor and critical patients are losing their lives gradually from the first day of this disease prone to still now- a -days in a continuous manners.
As this disease has been spread to more than 10 major states of the India, including J & K, which is known for its natural checks against these diseases owing to its hilly terrain, topography and forest canopy all over the region thriving the weeds posing the checks for these diseases. It might be the region of natural checks for the other contagious diseases like AIDS, Epilepsy etc
The follow up this disease in a minute while stance in the states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Punjab & Haryana, J&K, etc surmounting a huge toll of the patients more than 1000 all over the Indian Territory is the clear cut massage of its sporadic flow and viciousness owing to which the medical treatment curing it, is not so much possible and scarcely available, the provision of which is in limited quantity at some selected hospitals had coerced the government once again to look upon its medical approach in a reshuffling manners.

Due to which the doctors has advised to the common people to wear the mask upon mouth while attending the gathering places at the working hours and at venues comprising offices, schools, hospitals, bazaars, picnic spots, cinema- halls, trains, buses, hugging, talking to others, etc
As per the remedial measures the patients suspecting to be H1N1 +VE should visit the screening centres being installed by the health department at some suitable places in the states, districts, provinces, etc. And have the tests pertaining to the symptoms of the disease which can approve that the patient is disease prone or not, is the final determinant. On the other hand the limited supply of the medicines like Tamiflue, Influenza vaccines, etc are the rare medicines available at some selected health centres causing major hurdles to the patients all over the Indian Territory. Such complains are the forefront news making at Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, etc venues where the facility of the PGI, AIMS and major hospitals are available but the limited nature of these medicines had rendered the patients dependent on some selected medical centres only in the states &Delhi.
The medical treatment comprising the suitable safeguards including medicinal prescription by the vicinity doctors are advisable to the patients and common people in order to defend this sporadic disease are limited in nature owing to which the toll of the deaths have been increasing at an alarming rate.
The complains of the patient from all over the regions like Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh etc had been already submitted, where patients and the common people are shouting for its full-fledged treatment which is everywhere not so possible, owing to which the influence of the disease has been causing a critical debacle to counter it.

Yet the need for using the masks has been advised by the doctors for the people, washing the hands after and before every eatable item, avoiding visit the crowded places, avoid shake handed with the disease prone people, avoid the people while yawning, vomiting, snoring etc who used to attend the patients at common places and hospitals. In order to tackle the impending danger the arrangement of the special wards for these patients had been also managed in many of the hospitals all over such regions across the country.
Its incubation period is of shorter span which terms out after a short while of few days as the cases like reported in case of Bhupinder Singh of Bishnah Hospital(J&K), a Senior Pediatrician who fell prey to this callous disease within a shorter span of time after finding him disease prone in the Jammu region firstly. Similar is the case has been happened when a police personal of the U.P came into the stretch of this disease within last few days, since than the death toll of the states had been reached to more than 1000, despite of the states and centre government shown a quite lurch- full condition and so many of the patients in the rural area are surviving at their fate only.
So Indian government should consensus this issue of limited medicinal supply as well as treatment at the international arenas like" World Health Organisation" in order to help her to cope- up with this menace, galloping the huge country into its callous grip. Though a large part of the annual budget should be spent on the medical facilities for the people, despite of we are not so self-reliant, as we have seen in the present era when our medical department had surrendered against this disease all over the India where the common people cannot find swine- flue treatment among the private clinics as well as the medicines cannot be availed at the private retail outlets , even though the masks had been ran out of the supply among so many of the hospitals which should be supplied to the common people at all of the public place which is a major check against this disease.
In other words we can say that we are not medically secure yet our medical sciences had made the tall claims with discovery some new medical instruments and medicines in the country, despite of we are dependent on the other countries for the supply of some suitable instruments and medicines in the field of medical sciences still. |
