| JKPCC condole demise of Om Chopra | | |

Jammu, Mar 1: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today held condolence meeting in memory of Om Chopra here at Party headquarters.
According to press release, the meeting was presided over by Prof. Saifuddin Soz President JKPCC. A large number of leaders paid tributes to late Shri Om Chopra describing him as a dedicated Congressman who was always ready to promote cause of the Congress party. Om Chopra was also described as a Congress leader who was never afraid of speaking truth, whatever the circumstances.
The speakers stressed the fact that Om Chopra would remain a model for Congressmen, all the time. The gathering also observed two-minute silence in memory of the departed leader. |
