J&K Jump Rope Junior Team brings laurels to J&K 3/2/2015 1:13:55 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 1: The J&K Jump Rope Junior team has brought laurels to the State in the recently held 11thJunior National championship at Nasik, Maharashtra .Uddit Khullar won Silver in medal in the single rope Double Under & Gold Medal in both single Rope speed 30 seconds &Single Rope Endurance 3 minutes in below 16 years age category. Mohit Kumar,Rahul Choudhary, Nadeem Sayeed & Ibrar Khan also won silver medals .The team was accompanied by Bawa Ditta (Gen Secy ) and Shubham Malhotra as Coach. Ranjeet Kalra, member BCCI & J&K State Sports Council has complimented the team for bringing honour to the State during a felicitation function held at Jammu to honour the team . Kalra who was the Chief Guest during the felicitation function also called for tapping younger talent so as to nurture them at the right time& further send them for advanced coaching.
