Vijay Saqi was a literary genius in the Kashmir literary world. His loss has created an unfathomable void in the socio-cultural firmament of Kashmir. We pray to Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace. AIKS and KECSS are observing Shraddhanjali Sabha in memory of Shri Vijay Saqi on Sunday, March 8th, 2015 at Lal Ded Memorial Hall, KECSS, B-36, Pamposh Enclave, Gr. Kailash-I, New Delhi - 110048 at 4 p.m.sharp. All members of the community are requested to participate and offer our tributes and deep condolences to the departed soul. |
