Jammu, Mar 5: Students and staff of the Baba Nizamudin (BN) College of Education, Sunjwan celebrated Holi in a natural manner on the college campus.
Students of the college played Holi in a common manner with the natural colour of Palash flower mixed with water collected from holy places, which is beneficial for health.
The students have, by giving a message to the citizens to play Holi with natural colours, decided to refrain from the use of chemical colours while playing Holi. All the teachers, while extending their good wishes to the students , gave special guidance to them.
Wasim Kohli, Managing Director of the College, speaking on the occasion, said that the college has been established with an objective to impart B.E.d education along with awareness and all round development of the personality of the child.
He also laid emphasis on the importance of the Holi. Principal of the college namely Rakeh Sharma also spoke on the occasion. |
