JK budget is People friendly: O P Sharma 3/26/2015 11:12:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 26 : Appreciating the role of Finance Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Haseeb Drabu on presentation of budget, Om Parkash Sharma, a social activist and President PHE Employees Welfare Association Jammu and Kashmir said that the Annual budget 2015-16 was people friendly and balanced one. He said merger of pension schemes and enhancement of pension of widows and disabled persons to the tune of Rs. 1000 is a welcoming move of the Finance Minister. He also appreciated the sanctioning of 17 percent of DA to employees where he said previous government had failed.
