Snatcher snatch 'gold locket' 3/27/2015 12:28:43 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 26: A snatcher struck in busy city market Rajinder Bazaar and decamped with the gold locket while the chain fell from his hands as the victim raised alarm forcing the snatcher to run away. Police sources said that a woman identified as Swati Dhaman of Sheedi Chowk was walking to her home after her routine shopping when a chain snatcher from nowhere snatched her gold chain. As the lady raised alarm and also started chasing the snatcher, the chain snatcher managed to escape but gold chain fell from his hand and he escaped with locket only.
