UDHAMPUR, Mar 28 : A Neighborhood Youth Parliament [NYP] was organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) in collaboration with Sneh Help Group, an NGO, in Megani of Block Udhampur. The function is inaugurated by chief guest Bana Singh, Paramveer Chakra awardee while the Guest of Honour was Dr. Karan known as Flagman of India. The President Sneh Help Group said that the main of organization was to aware youth for different employment schemes through various departments and to also aware local villagers SC, ST, OBC and women folks to generate self employment through various Schemes. The resources person of various departments participated in above said programme i.e District Centre Udhampur, Department of Science and Technology, District Employment Udhampur, JKEDI Department, resources persons from forest Department Udhampur, Education Department, District Youth services and sports department Udhampur. |
