Jammu, Mar 29: Some social organizations of Jammu city are seriously thinking to approach Court of Law to get directions from the Court to get serious allegations leveled by notorious Kewal Sharma against former Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand probed.
These organizations have decided to seek direction of the Court to get all allegations probed so that truth should come out because either Tara Chand or Kewal Sharma is a liar.
In the month of July 2013, Kewal Sharma, who was additional Public Relation Officer (PRO) of ex-Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand had leveled serious allegations of sexual exploitation, planned murder and rampant corruption in departments under his charge but the state government had not taken any action.
Almost one and half year has been passed but nothing has been done so social organizations have decided to approach Court of Law because previous government headed by Omar Abdullah had tried to hide the sensational matter.
Ex-Chief Minister Omar Abdullah who is prompt in his reactions had not uttered a word or two on the nature of serious allegations against his ex-deputy.
While leveling these serious charges against the Omar Abdullah's deputy in the state government Additional PRO had claimed that he had incriminating Compact Disc's (CD), video clippings and other fool proof evidence in his custody and would share the same with the media. However, even after washing the dirty linen in public he too had not produced the same in the public domain to expose the wrong doings of the Congress leader.
"We will approach Court of Law to direct the Government to get all these evidences from Tara Chand to reveal the truth", a social activists on the condition of anonymity said and added that after formation of new government there was chances of thorough probe in this sensational case.
