JAMMU, Mar 30: Hailing the initiatives taken by Minister for education, the All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers' Forum (AJKPLF) today said that decision to rationalize the transfer policy was along pending demand of the Forum.
In a meeting of the Forum held under the chairmanship of its state president NS Jamwal, the members said that the key points of which is tenure of one academic session only in far flung areas.
The Forum also appreciated the concern of Minister for female teachers posting them suitably, transfer of female teachers to their respective zones after their marriage and posting of husbands and wives in the same district.
The meeting was attended by the core members of the forum in which they retreated their other long pending demands specially Running Grade pattern, regularization of all officers, non-vocational status to the principals, revival of 40% quota at higher education and reorganization of school education department. |
