jammu, Mar 31: The government of Jammu and Kashmir categorically stated that there is no proposal for setting up of Hill Development Council for Rajouri & Poonch District of Jammu province.
In reply to a question of MLA Javed Ahmed Rana, Assistant Director Planning and Development Department on behalf of planning Ministry, Government of Jammu and Kashmir stated that as of now, there is no proposal pertaining the setting up of Hill Development Council for Rajouri and Poonch District is under the consideration of the government, however the government reply stated that the government of Jammu and Kashmir is committed to ensure equitable and balanced development of all the areas of the state with special focus on those areas which are lagging behind in development. |
