Kashmir incomplete without Pandits: Hanjura

JAMMU, Apr 20: Pir Panchal Organization of Radio Sharda 90.4 FM today organized a cultural programme "Booziv Te Khosh Rooziv" here.
Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Besides, MLC Surinder Mohan Ambardar, intellectuals, artists and prominent citizens including Prof B L Zutshi were also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that Kashmir is incomplete without Kashmiri Pandits. He said efforts are afoot for their return with honour and dignity.
The Minister appreciated the management of the Radio Sharda in promotion of Kashmiri language and culture. He said in this endeavour Radio Sharda can play a pivotal role.
Later, Mr. Hanjura and Mr. Ambardar distributed mementos among the children who participated in the cultural programme.
Earlier, President, Pir Panchal Organization of Radio Sharda Mr. Ramesh Hangloo in his welcome address highlighted the activities of the station. He said Radio Sharda broadcasts in 63 countries in the world.
