Jammu, May 3: Taking exception to the recent statement of Syed Ali Shah Geelani on Shri Amarnathji Yatra, Jammu Province People Forum has warned the separatist leader to desist from interference in the religious affairs of Hindu community. Addressing a meeting Pavittar Singh Bhardwaj, questioned the veracity and authority of his statement, demanding restructuring the historical religious event involving sentiments of crores of devotees belonging to Hinduism besides others visiting the cave shrine for Darshan of holy Shivlingam since times immemorial. Hitting hard on the PDP-BJP coalition government for their soft approach to curb the militancy, he said that separatists sponsored by the Pakistan and ISI are raking anti national elements in India under well planned criminal conspiracy to create communal trouble and unrest every year exactly on the onset of yatra. While demanding immediate roll back of Draft Recruitment policy, which has been opposed vehemently by the masses including unemployed youth having reasonable grounds the President advocated for retaining the AIIMS at Jammu to provide specialized treatment and medicare to a common man who otherwise remains deprived off or fades away due to lack of resources in majority of the cases. Terming the first two months performance of PDP-BJP Coalition Govt as disappointing, full of chaos and confusion Jammuites en-mass feel offended on all fronts including development, unemployment and are forced to think afresh in terms of mass mandate awarded to BJP.
