Jammu, May 25: A self styled Editor of a fictitious news agency who is a known history sheeter and notorious land grabber of Jammu has started a slander campaign on social media against some upright police officer who have taken up a mission against such criminal elements. Dalbir Singh Chib, who writes a prefix 'engineer' before his name and projects himself as Editor in chief of 'Sach News' which is neither a registered publication, not a portal; is actually a notorious criminal and a land grabber who has long list of FIRs registered against him and his family in several police stations of Jammu for criminal cases including stabbing, extortion and land grabbing.
Dalbir Chib, @Jagga, S/O Saravan Singh, R/O Paloura Jammu is eldest amongst three brothers, all of whom have criminal background and are history sheeters in Police record. Three brothers have as many as 11 FIRs pending against them in different Police stations. Dalbir Chib has been booked in fir no. 139/99, FIR no. 140/00 and fir no. 231/99 under sections 451, 323, 448, 336,341, 324 in Police Station Bakshi Nagar.
His younger brother, Hoshiyar Singh @Tony , also a noted criminal has been booked in two FIRs under sections 341/324 RPC and 302/307 RPC for charges of murder also at Police Station Bakshi Nagar.
The youngest of three brothers, Sohan Singh @Sonu, who poses to be an advocate and has neither a valid degree nor license to practice has 5 FIRs pending against him in police stations Janipur, Nowabad, Gandhi Nagar and Bakshi Nagar. These include fir 200/2001 u/s 307, 452, 147,148, fir no. 166/2006 u/s 3/6/25, both at Ps Bakshi Nagar, FIR no. 66/2009 u/s 364/34 RPC at Police Station Nowabad, FIR no. 99/2010 u/s 382/34 RPC at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and FIR no. 21/2012u/s 452 at Police Station Janipur.
Hoshiyar Singh @Tony is a close associate of notorious criminal Jagtar Chib and together they run an extortion mafia in the garb of matador union at Janipur and Bari Brahmana and are supported by another notorious criminal Mohd. Rafiq of Bari Brahamana.
The eldest brother of this family of criminals, fake engineer Dalbir Chib @ Jagga is illegally using social media including whatsapp to malign his adversaries including upright police officers who have Stood by their integrity and righteousness rather than connive with them in their shady criminal acts.
While, further investigation in the shady deeds of this family of criminals has been started by various wings of Police, a complaint against the fictitious 'Sach News agency' has been lodged with the DC Jammu and Director information J&K seeking its immediate closure. Besides, a complaint has also been lodged with the administration of Jammu Press Club to immediately oust such criminals who are in the business of blackmailing and intimidation in the garb of media. |
