Perverted BJP says don't blow the issue out of proportion
'Mirwaiz is not a separatist': PDP's Bhat
5/26/2015 12:01:51 PM

Early Times Report

JAMMU, May 25: PDP general secretary and former MLA Nizam-ud-Din Bhat doesn't consider pro-Pakistan separatist Mirwaiz Umar Farooq a separatist. "Mirwaiz is not a separatist. Mirwaiz belongs to the civil society to which he belongs. Mirwaiz is compassionate and an important member of the Kashmiri civil society. Go and meet Mirwaiz for the solution to your problems. He didn't commit any mistake by asking ten foreign wives of the Kashmiri terrorists, who returned to Kashmir after getting arms training against India under the rehabilitation policy of the state government to meet Mirwaiz for the redressal of their hardships," Nizam-ud-Din today told Times Now.
Nizam-ud-Din Bhat defended his condemnable act in the wake of the controversy his anti-national act triggered after a highly controversial video surfaced in which he told a group of women in "distress" to seek help from moderate Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, saying the "people here have lost compassion".
"Mirwaiz will be better... He will help you. Get some help first so that you can move around. The people here have lost compassion. If anyone has employment problems, medical treatment needs...The emergency needs, meet (Mirwaiz) Umar sahib," he said. The women were seeking help from the ruling party office bearer for rehabilitating them.
It was expected that this video will trigger controversy, as the act of PDP general secretary had undermined the authority of the state government and created an impression that Mirwaiz, and not the state government, was the proper authority in Kashmir who is not just compassionate but also in a position to redress the grievances of the people "in distress". It did happen. Not one but many national news channels lambasted Nizam-ud-Din Bhat and the PDP and asked: When will the BJP come out of the anti-national government? All these channels tore into the BJP for its continuation in the state government.
Believe it or not, but it is a fact that while the PDP official spokesperson Wahiduddin Parra disapproved of the language Nizam-ud-Din used during his conversation with a group of won of PoK and Pakistan origin, the BJP advised these channels not to blow the issue out of proportion. "Don't blow the issue out of proportion," BJP spokesperson and BJP's face in Kashmir Hina Bhat asked news channel. She didn't condemn Nizam-ud-Din. Interestingly, the NC also lambasted the PDP for what it said about Mirwaiz.
This is the BJP the people of Jammu and rest of the country voted for. Had the people understood the BJP before the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, they would not have voted for it. They voted for the BJP to get cheated because they were misled by Narendra Modi
