Sir, With humble submission and with great reverence, I
would like to invite your attention to the following;-
1. That I am in the wait list of class IV candidates at S.No (1) , of which appointments were made in Sept 2014.
2. That the Chief education officers Srinagar for unknown reasons is reluctant to operate wait list despite instruction of the DSEK in writing some ten days back.
3. That the Chief education officer Srinagar instead of obeying DSEK instructions is playing with the career of as many as 08 wait list candidates from the past many months for obvious reasons.
4. That, had the Chief Education Officer Srinagar issued orders in our favour, we could not have faced financial loss in the form of our monthly salary in absence of orders, and once it is again delayed by the CEO Srinagar, it will be binding on him to compensate the financial losses out of his pocket, as he is inviting us to knock the doors of the High court of Jammu & Kashmir against his attitude against wait list candidates.
5. That it was first Munshi Javeed Ahmad the then CEO Srinagar now Principal DIET Sopore who made such appointments in contravention to the procedures to pave way for blue eyed candidates and even he made appointments of the men of his clerks without considering merit, qualification and weightage.
6. That, similar is the case with current Chief Education Officer Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Dar who also made such appointments while his posting as Chief education officer Pulwama where so many complaints have been noticed against the appointments.
7. That in the similar manner, appointments of class IV which were made on the same analogy by Chief education officer, Budgam have been quashed by the government and the CEO Budgam has been removed and attached by the government after his involvement in the appointments made for blue eyed and in contravention to the procedures.
8. That we sought information under RTI act 2009 from the DSEK in respect of appointments made by CEO Srinagar, CEO Pulwama and CEO Kulgam some two months back, but no such information was provided, which clearly indicates something fishy in the appointments, and corruption at all levels cannot be ruled out.
It is, as such requested, that either the orders so issued in these districts may either be quashed, as has been done in the case of Budgam to pave way for fresh advertisements and subsequent interviews/ appointments , or the Chief education officer Srinagar may be put under instructions to operate wait list as soon as possible, as we are left with no alternative but to knock the doors of the highest forum of the state to receive justice, for which the Chief education officer Srinagar shall be personally responsible and the expenditure to be incurred by us in the court while fighting against the malicious designs of the officer shall have to be borne by the CEO Srinagar himself, besides salary for around 08 months.
Sir this is a miscarriage of justice on the part of the officer, and hope you will look in to the issue personally
to redress our grievances, you being upright, honest and intelligent .We are being humiliated by the staff members of CEO srinagar while waiting in his office with the intention to receive orders.
