Jammu, May 28 : Office of the Distt. Youth Services & Sports organized an interschool District level Yoga Competition from 18th May to 21st May, 2015 at Sports complex Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The competition was organized for both Boys and Girls, U-14 and U-17 categories.
Around 20 schools from Jammu District participated in it, where in 13 students from MHAC School were selected in this competition to participate at Inter District /State Level Yoga Championship.
The winners from MHAC included, For U-14 Girls, Navratri Rakwal and Kumkum Sharma, in U-14 Boys - Karan Pandita, Anupam Khajuria, Anurag Pathak and Aryan, in U-17 Girls, Atishi Sharma, Mansi Sharma and Shreya Thusoo. In U-17 Boys, Abhishek Sharma, Gaurav Singh, Raghav Jamwal and Pranav Verma were selected. |
