In today's outing, J&K trounced Maharashtra in straight sets of 25-12, 26-24, 25-17 to consolidate their position in the league round. Rohit, Amaar , Imtiyaz and Murtaz displayed exceptional skills throughout the game. The boys' team is accompanied by Mohd Tariq as coach and Subash Shastri as manager. On the other hand, J&K girls lost to Rajasthan 3-0 (11-25, 12-25, 08-25). Now, in the next league match of group-B, J&K boys shall take on last year's runner-up, Uttar Pradesh in next match. |
