High-tech surveillance system installed at Civil Secretariat 6/29/2015 11:35:17 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, June 29: Commissioner Secretary General Administration Department (GAD) Gazanffer Hussain today inaugurated the high-tech surveillance system installed at Civil Secretariat here in presence of Director Estates and SSP Security Civil Secretariat. "The project has been installed by a J&K based agency M/s Smart Learning after the PHQ floated its tenders. The project has come up in record time and would be funded by the Estates department. The project would provide round the clock surveillance and monitoring mechanism, besides a highly advanced data base for storage of data relating to day to day moments/activities within the premises of the complex. The project would go a long way in strengthening the security grid at Civil Secretariat Srinagar which is being highly vulnerable and sensitive gives the security scenario of the state," a police spokesman said in a statement.
