Jammu, June 30 : Institute of Journalism and Mass Communication of established Gandhi Memorial College, Jammu (GMCEJ) is to offer degree course and its affiliated to the University of Kashmir with a sanctioned in take of 30 students each year.
Addressing media persons, spokesman said that the Journalism and Mass-communication, as a course of study and as a career, has become significantly important and enviable. Careers in Mass Communication are not only high paying but also bring in a great deal of job satisfaction and expression of creativity.
He further said that the Journalism and Mass Communication includes careers in, journalism, multimedia television, films, public relations, radio, web design, animation, publishing & advertising, market research agencies, corporate houses, NGOs etc. The Journalism and Mass Communication degree uses digital computer-based tools for designing graphics, creating Websites and animations and incorporating sound with still and moving images. |
