Rs 14,200 imposed on defaulters

MENDHAR, July 1: On the direction of District Development Commissioner Poonch Nisar Ahmed Wani, a team today conducted inspection of the market and imposed fine of Rs 14,200 from the defaulters and also destroyed rotten fruits and sweets at Mendhar.
The team was comprised of Assistant Commissioner Food Safety Poonch Tariq Mehmood, Block Medical Officer Mendhar Dr Parvaiz Ahmed Khan , SDPO Mendhar Shahied Nayeem Teshildhar, Dr Abdual Khabir, TSO Mohd Zamir Mirza along with police party made a surprise visit to Mendhar market and destroyed 200kg fruits , 100 kg vegetables, sweets , 50 kg polythene and imposed a fine of Rs 14200 upon the defaulters.
