Jammu, July 5: Criticizing the attitude of the Transport Higher authorities of the J&K Govt, VRS union held a protest demonstration and dharna under the leadership of its president Dev Raj Bali and general secretary, Surinder Singh at Press Club, Jammu.
Addressing the gathering, President Dev Raj Bali alleged that the authorities failed to clear their legitimate dues and it is apparent they are harassing them for the last 5 years and what was committed with them did not release legitimate dues as it was promised that within 60 days the dues will be released in favour of VRS employees of the J&K SRTC but due to their negligent attitude 12 VRS employees have also been assed away. They appealed to Mufti Mohammad Sayed Chief Minister J&K to please intervene into our case and resolve it so that the VRS/GHS J&K SRTC employees may took a sigh of relief as they have already suffered a lot in the hands of previous Govt.
