| Pakistan is an invader country which took an aggression over Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir, committed bloodshed to grab it by violation international law and Stand-Still agreement made with His Highness Government of the State, which fact is well-known world over, and admitted by it during contesting the case in the U N Security Council, and it also recognized Indian sovereignty over the State, therefore it asked to Pakistan to vacate Indian State territory encroached upon illegally in its favors. Pakistan, besides that misadventure of invasion of, three more conventional wars have had initiated to shatter India. It had presumed to pull down India, but despite to hit India , it itself defeated humiliatingly, so much so it suffered an irreparable loss of losing a one part of its country i.e. East Pakistan. T hat shameless defeat humiliated it internationally 1. Afterwards, India invited Pak-Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at Shimla, for the purpose to pave the way to develop mutual political relations in order to restore peace and harmony in the region of South Asia. During parlays, it was discussed to evolve mutual diplomatic relations for future peaceful living. It was decided first that India may release the Pak-war prisoners arrested by it numbering 92-thousands without any condition, consequent upon the decision taken during discussion, keeping in view of Zulfi-desire, Indira Gandhi who then leading the nation as Prime Minister released all the Pak-war prisoners without any condition along with decision for converting the cease fire line into Line of Actual Control. The second part of the agreement was to decide for solving all problems, difference or claims whatever may be, bilaterally without any mediator, which was the spirit of agreement. The Pak-prime Minister Zukfikar Ali Bhutto along with his other diplomats went back with affirmative mood to apply Shimla agreement as a guide line to solve the future problems to be emerged on any issue. Afterwards, two-nation meeting has being convened one after other interval, but surrendering of the Indian State territory encroached upon through aggression illegally has never been included in the agenda which is foremost necessary to include that issue in the agenda. The stability in the political horizon would not be established till it brings on agenda, which is a main screw to be discussed. Pak-rulers cannot be befooled on that issue. In the meanwhile, self-claimed Kashmiri Muslim leader Moulvi Mirwaiz showed his desire for visiting PoK for the purpose to develop congenial atmosphere for mutual relations for restoring peace and to exert efforts to bring down terrorism generated on that soil to bleed Kashmir. Keeping in view of his initiative for the cause of peace and harmony in the region he was allowed with his delegation to visit and approach the PoK-leaders. Soon after reaching he organized to supplement his master's voice agenda for supporting their campaign against India by projecting him-self as a Royal Crown of the State and under that notion he crossed international border for Pakistan to meet its ruling leaders, army chief and the chief of its terror agency I S I and other anti-India terrorists to review the progress and chalk out future strategy to create unrest, lawlessness, killings, bloodshed, in the last disintegrate India for capturing the State, besides he spew venom by delivering inflammatory and fiery speeches against India on flimsy grounds. It was his intension to refresh his mind to keep aggressive attitude under the guise of peace.
Firstly, his imaginary conception of "State Disputed territory" which he instilled in the minds of the people to endorse the Pak-so called stand on the grounds that his delegation travelled on Kashmir documents and not on India that was sufficient to prove that Kashmir was a disputed territory which his self-dreaming conception to endorse its stand during his sojourn was a dramatic show of his loyalty to Pakistan. Secondly, he discussed with the then self-styled Pak- President Gen. Musharaf on Kashmir issue, settled long ago, especially keeping in view of an aspiration of the Kashmiri Muslims, which reference does not qualify to intrude in the Kashmir problem; therefore superfluous, uncalled reference based on whim will never be taken in view . There is only one issue to surrender the Indian State territory occupied through brutal invasion illegally peacefully. Thirdly, he boasted like fire flame that the U N State relating resolutions had failed to yield any positive results according to his ambitious desire; therefore it had need to look for other option. He should first look the facts of the historical events, bore any absurd assertion, but he ignored the facts deliberately that it was Pakistan that avoided to implement State relating resolutions and spurned away to the dust bin because of useless. Fourthly, he as a so-called leader of Islamic Uma of the Muslim world proclaimed dreamingly in the next morning for directing to Islamic separatist-militants and other extremists out-fits which engages and had affection for Kashmiri Muslims, should assemble at his platform for united fight under joint strategy with the conception of being a only leader of Muslims world, along with he appealed to international community to interfere in the affairs for achieving his goal, but at very moment his leadership was challenged by Hizbul militant supreme Sayed Salah-ud-Din, United Jehad Council with reiteration his requirement for armed struggle, which was necessary to aggravate the situation to achieve his goal, besides the opposing of the JKLF chief militant Yasin Malik to work under his umbrella. During discussion, Gen. Musharraf conceived a proposal for Autonomous Kashmir by carving out seven regions formula on communal line with demilitarization or 3 putting under the joint control of India and Pakistan. Similarly, Mirwaiz also gave a new birth from his mind set for one other dream-land formula of United State Kashmir to pave the way for his self-Government domain under his Sultanate and started a campaign to justify it during his sojourn at Karachi. These all were the conceptual vibration to make sand castle at the cost of Indian sovereignty. However, India at very moment rejected straightway their unwarranted proposal to divide the State in to many parts on religious grounds and intrusion under the guise of joint control of India and Pakistan with demilitarization under autonomous Kashmir formula. It too also ruled out for drawing any dividing Line which altered the map of the State. That issue did not come under their purview to view over Indian sovereignty. India has its sovereignty over it legally and historically, recognized world over and admitted by U N Security Council, which has been settled long ago. Pakistan as an aggressor country cannot initiate to discuss either this or that way. It was frustrating due to breach of trust that Mirwaiz had not created a good impression among the people as well as Indian ruling leaders. He went there for particular purpose to meet PoK popular leaders for peace and harmony no for evolving any whimsical formula to touch the India sovereignty for his Sultanate. He was under the legal obligation to remove the misunderstanding to develop harmony and mutual tranquility for the welfare of the State, and not for hobnob to hatch intrigue to destroy the compact of the State. For proposing to give it space for intrusion to administrate along with India on parity basis or dividing it in to regions on religious basis were non-sense and encroachment and unauthorized interference in the affairs of the sovereign country.
