Ex Councilor criticizes BJP for surrendering 'Jammu cause'

Vijaypur July 27: Expressing concerns over the ongoing Jammu AIIMS Row, the ex-councilor Municipal Committee and ex- Vice Present of District Congress Committee (DCC) Samba Babal Gupta today alleged after being elected to power BJP leaders are only enjoying power but have utterly failed to fulfill their commitment to people of Jammu
While addressing media persons here today, Babal Gupta said that the people of Jammu province have given the mandate to BJP with the believes that they BJP leaders would fulfill their demands and aspirations. "But, the BJP joined hands with PDP to frame coalition Government in J&K. But the BJP leaders have forgotten the issues of Jammu people for the sake of chair, he said, adding, "the AIIMS was sanction for Jammu but Kashmiri leadership snatched the same due to the BJP leaders sitting like spectators."
He reminded that the cabinet ministers viz. Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and Bali Bhagat have given the written statement to the Coordination Committee that the AIIMS for Jammu will be announced on or before 20th July 2015 but they failed to fulfill their commitment.
Babal Gupta said that the coordination committee for AIIMS to take in confidence to the president of Beopar Mandal of town/municipal committees as well as social organizations of Jammu region for making the success 72 hrs Band Call from July 31.
Rajan Sharma - State Secy Congress, Bharat Bhushan President Beopar Mandal Vijaypur were also present in this media interaction.
