JAMMU, July 29: Junoon Club Chinore registered a fine five wickets win against Jamwal Club in the ongoing Bhalwal Premium League-two at Bhalwal, near here.
Earlier, batting first, Jamwal Club made 69 runs losing all their wickets in 12 overs. Rimppu was top scorer with 21 runs while Simpu contributed eight. From Junoon Club, Arif bowled well taking away four wickets and Anku bagged two.
In reply, Junoon Club chased the total making 70 runs in 11 overs for five wickets. Bhanu and Yasin were main contributors to the total with 25 and 16 runs in their respective accounts. From Jamwal Club, Jatinder and Bobby shared one wicket each.
For his four wickets haul, Arif was named man of the match. |
