Early Times Report Jammu, July 30: A Beauty Parlour Management Programme conducted by SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) Jammu concludes at Bantalab, Jammu, in which 25 women candidates from different parts of Jammu District participated. According to official spokesman, certificates of participation were distributed among the participants by RS Baloria, Area Manager JKGB, Jammu, who also interacted with the candidates and guided them for taking Self Employment and motivated them to stand on their own. Director, RSETI, Virender Kumar Sood maintained that many training programmes would be covered depending upon local requirements and programmes like-Cutting and Tailoring, A.C. and Refrigeration, Electrical Home Appliance, Computer Basics, Soft Toys Making, Beauty Parlor Management, Mobile Repair, Computer Hardware and DTP would be conducted. He said SBI RSETI which is aimed at skill building of prospective small entrepreneurs / borrowers specially for rural youth, is unique as it is intensive short term residential self-employment training programme with free food and accommodation designed especially for unemployed youth. After completion of course institution also helps entrepreneurs for credit linkage with financial institutions of their areas, for their settlement. Mohinder Kumar, Counselor Financial Literacy Centre, also graced the occasion. Kumar guided the candidates about various financial schemes and motivated them to start their own ventures.
