Jammu, Aug 1: Government of India has issued revised guidelines for the National Child Award for Exceptional Achievements (NCAEA). The NCAEA award was instituted in the year 1996 to give reorganization to children with exceptional abilities and with outstanding achievements in different fields including innovation in any field, scholastic achievements, sport, arts, culture, social service, music, etc. The revised guidelines among other things stated that the closing date for receiving the entries by the government of India for consideration of Selection Committee will be August 31, while the awards will be announced on November 14. The Award will be given to the selected individuals and not to their nominees at the ceremony. |
