Kupwara, Aug 2: The Jamkash Vehicleades Pvt Ltd, Kupwara, has been strongly criticised by Maruti car owners of the district for its poor after sale services.
A customer, who owns Swift Dzire car (JK09/6744) told Kashmir News Service that he had given his car to the Jamkash workshop at Kupwara but "no one listens to me and other customers whenever we approach its staff". "It has made us upset," he added.
"At the time of keeping the car at the workshop, I was assured that it would be repaired and returned within seven days but when I called them on July 29, ie after nine days, I was told that they were yet to start work on it," he claimed.
The car was still lying with them and the repair work had yet not started, he said. |
