Udhampur, Aug 2 : Army Goodwill School, Harka Bahadur, a leading school in the Kargil region, is being managed by Army through OP SADB-HAVANA under aegis of 'Forever in Operations' Division. State Bank of India, Kargil Branch also played its role, for creating an activity room in the school for children.
Fayaz Ahmad Wani, Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Kargil Branch handed over a cheque of Rs. 50,019 to school management on 1 August 2015 during a simple ceremony held at Army Goodwill School, Harka Bahadur. Speaking to press on the occasion, he emphasized upon importance of joint role that all members of society need to play in securing a bright future for children. The contribution was well received and acknowledged by parents also. |
