He is harassing, threatening me, alleges Khalid's father

kishtwar, Aug 4: A 70-year-old man today moved CJM's court here seeking registration of an FIR against his two sons, including the one posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), Kishtwar, for harassing and threatening him, beside occupying his property forcefully.
As per the details available with Early Times, Shahid Hussain Malik, father of ACR, Kishtwar, Dr Khalid Malik today moved the court of (CJM) Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar, demanding contempt proceedings against SHO of Police Station, Kishtwar, for not implementing earlier court order in which it had directed Kishtwar police to register FIR against his two "disinherited" sons who according to the complainant were not only harassing him, but also use abusive language against him, beside allegedly threatening him of elimination.
The complainant allege that his disinherited sons Khalid Hussain Malik and Shabir Ahmed Malik outsourced his house to some tenants when he was outside Kishtwar town added that after returning home, he was wonder to find that 2nd story of his old residence building was occupied by some unknown persons, added that on asking their identity, they later joined by his two sons abuse and threaten him. He said that being as law abiding citizen, he first approach Kishtwar police for registration of an FIR, but after denied justice by Kishtwar police, he moved the court for seeking justice, but added that even after court directions, Kishtwar police fails to initiate action against his officer son and others. He pleaded before the court to issue fresh direction to SHO Kishtwar to register FIR U/S 451/452, 380, 504,506, 323RPC against his two sons.
After going through the content of his previous directions and the fresh application moved by the complainant, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar directed SHO Kishtwar to submit the action taken report in two days either through senior Prosecuting Officer or through the applicant.
"Copy of the complaint forwarded to SHO P/S Kishtwar to submit the status report within two days through Sr PO/applicant" read CJM Kishtwar direction issued by him vide No. 877/CJMK dated 4-08-2015.
Meanwhile in another complaint filed by him against his two sons and 10 of his friends for circulating false and defamatory massages against him through social media, particularly through whatsapp, CJM Kishtwar issued separate directions to SHO Police Station Kishtwar to investigate the matter under law and submit the report.
The dejected father while talking to "Early Times" said that it is painful to disassociate his sons, but added that the behavior of his sons was so threatening with him that he was compel by their action and disinherited them. He levelled serious allegations against his officer son.
He said that a case against his son is pending with Crime Branch Jammu, added that under the influence of his son, Crime Branch too fail to initiate action against him. He said in case Kishtwar police fails to register FIR against his erring sons, he will move High Court for seeking justice.
