Chhibber new chairman JK Grameen Bank 8/27/2015 11:28:03 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 27: RK Chhibber took over as Chairman of J&K Grameen Bank. He was given a rousing reception at Bank's Head Office at Narwal. Prior to his joining at JKGB, RK Chhibber, as President J&K Bank, has worked in various capacities.
