Arif Noor elected president MAGN 8/30/2015 10:50:58 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 30 : The elections of Market Association Gujjar Nagar Ward No 6/ Bawa Wali Gali were today held at Girls Secondary School Gujjar Nagar in which Arif Noor alias Lucky marked the victory by bagging record 188 votes and elected new president of the association. The elections were conducted under the chairmanship of Mohalla President Gujjar Nagar Mohammad Hussain Malik who declared Noor as winner. Irfan Ahmed who was the second and the only opponent in the election only bagged 97 votes. Earlier in the morning voting started in a peaceful manner which concluded at about 2 pm after which the counting phase began which ended with the declaration of the result at about 4 pm.
