Jammu, Aug 30 : Various unions' affiliated to BMS initiated plantation drive at different places in Jammu city.
The campaign was started August 28, to celebrate as Paryavaran Divas on the day plantation drive is launched throughout the country by the unions and members affiliated to BMS. In Jammu and Kashmir the plantation drive launched at District Reasi, Rajouri and Samba. In Batra Hospital by ASCOMS Employees Association, Bari Brahmana by Sanghvi woods ltd workers union and by PHE employees Association in Jammu. The main plantation drive was launched at on the bank of Tawi River near Peer-Khoo Jammu. Senior leaders of BMS Lakshman Ravinder Singh.
