| It is very sorry state of affairs that while states men of the world are worry and exert their efforts to stop terrorism generated from the soil of Pakistan and Middle-East, where in people are slaughtered in very brute manner under the intolerance of faith, which is serious for humanity, peace and developments for human race. On the other side China which itself is in the grip of Islamic terrorism and combating against the terrorists of Muslim dominated Xinjiang province, who challenged Chinese sovereignty which it has over it, with the support of Pak-terrorists that boasts its ever green friend, which is ironical. Under that peculiar situation of looming danger of integrity of its nation, it found an opportunity to discuss with India and entered in to an agreement, and joint statement was issued in May 2015, to fight against terrorism with joint efforts-India-China, but before ink dried, it transgressed its commitment made internationally with India, and by hobnobbing with care taker Pakistan appointed by the U N Security Council ,unilaterally violated brick by brick on every passing day on the status quo of Pak-occupied Indian State territory, entered in to the territory of Gilgit Agency. Keeping in view of entering of stranger in its territory with the movement of doing political change, the local people were retaliated and demonstrated against the Pak-ruling leadership.
Their regular agitation carrying banner of revolt demanding Chinese intrusion and its interference in their tribal traditions, aspirations, faith, customs and uprooting them from their ancestral places for providing facilities to foreign elements on all levels for demographic and political change by converting their region in to Chinese colony. That startling revelation was a great setback for international community in view of the challenge posed by Pak-China to U N Security Council, but that idealistic China opposed the U N Security Council proceedings under Pak-friendship, which was being processed against Pak-supported terror Hafiz Sayed to ban internationally. That was very encouraging that the U N Security Council by looking in to the mental out-look of Chinese ruling leadership which had veto power spurned away with flat denial its move to support Pak- terrorism against his ban, was rejected by the U N Security Council resulting in China got a great jolt and suffered humiliation being a veto power country. After that China again raised its head in U N Security Council on the issue of Pak-terror Lakhvi for which it openly blocked India's move in the U N Security Council demanding action against Pakistan over release of L-e-T above mentioned dreaded terrorist who had been charged for planning the Bombay attack in November 2008 that left many people dead and hundreds injured, by using veto power on Pak-tune with same argument for not supplying information to the level as desired by Pakistan. That provoking tilt appeared in its negative action raised serious concerns to the U S, U K, Russian, France and Germany with Washington calling for him to be re-arrested.
It was very strange that in the meeting of two big countries of Asia -India and China held recently in India referred to above, the terrorism issue was discussed along with other issues, where in two countries decided to stop the menace of that Islamic terrorism with joint efforts, as China was also already suffering by Pak-supported terrorism in its Xinjiang province, which encouraged India for the co-operation against terrorism, but on the ground its performance in the U N Security Council on the release of terror Lakhvi to support Pak- terror proposal, closed the door for further any argument against the Pak-misadventure took with its support for political and economical gain by misusing the status quo of Indian State territory at the cost of Indian sovereignty. It has now opened the blood-gate for confrontation. Earlier that China played its role in the U N Security Council on the issue of terror Hafiz Saeed to declare his terror outfit out of bond internationally for which it pleaded again ban of his terror- outfit, but it spurned away its terror pleading authoritarian way. It visualized from its performance that China was in favour of terrorism and it would help to anyone under its deceptive policy for its interest at the cost of other who may be.
Dithering China from its aims and policy against terrorism, India expressed its reaction as told by Foreign Minister, India, which was termed variance with progress in ties. It was asserted that terrorist Lakhvi belonging to Pakistan who was known international terrorist, master mind of Bombay bloodbath ally of terror attack where in many innocent people were killed. It was asserted that both India and China were victims of terrorism, and therefore there should be no distinction of good and bad termed between the terrorists, despite China assured to oppose all forms of terrorism and would look into the matter. India took those illegal Pak-China nexus misadventure serious and issued protests and resented against its unilateral alter the status quo where it was not competent, but these both kept silence and ignored worry expressed by India.
Apart from it, China to make its strong foot hold in Pak-occupied Indian State Gilgit Agency to corner India, supplied nuclear war heads, ballistic missiles- military hardware technology transfer nexus with ever green its Pak-ally and well equipped it in every manner to stand against India was a major cause for instability in South Asia. The responsible nation of the world which has veto power in U N Security Council should reconsider its expansion policy at the cost of Indian sovereignty and should set an example of its responsibility. The China cannot undermine the authority of the U N Security Council; therefore it is not possible for China to get foot hold in the territory of status quo of Indian State by passing direct the existence of the U N Security Council without taking India in to confidence, as Pakistan is nowhere and has no legal right to go to enter into any agreement without sovereign power to cede any part out of status quo territory belonging to Indian sovereign country. Therefore, international community, especially the U N Security Council is under obligation in all respects to look on the misadventure to be undertaken by Pak-China on their own by violating international diplomatic norms and laws, before turning the situation towards serious. |
