Who fails to brought Billawar town under PMA Yojna : Dr Manohar 8/31/2015 11:23:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug.31: Dr Manohar lal Sharma Senior Congress Leader, Former Minister and General Secretary PCC expressed concern over failure of Dr Nirmal Kumar singh Dy CM in charge Minister Housing and urban development to bring Billawar under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna which clearly shows the lack of political will to act as per his tall promises made with the peoples of Billawar. He said the policy and program of BJP and Dr Nirmal singh adopted is seems to be a totally discriminating with the people of Billawar and always favoring the Basohli in all acts and deeds. The people of Billawar are compelled to draw conclusion that Dr Nirmal singh is acting as representative of Basohli more than Billawar. Recently government of India announced 19 towns to be covered in Urban housing plan under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna but it is very unfortunate that Billawar is missing in the list. The Billawar and Basohli towns are already in urban housing scheme namely IHSDP in which Basohli town is completed but Billawar is still progressing in that scheme and previous government was committed to take this town under the Rajeev Awas Yojna for completion of balance families under housing scheme. He further said that this was a great opportunity for the people of Billawar to come under the scheme as the representative / MLA is happens to be the Dy CM as well as incharge Housing and urban development Minister who shows no interest in the rehabilitation/development of the poor and down trodden BPL people.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
