Samba, Aug 31: The five days first aid training course of employees of Rural Development Department of Samba District is being organized to acquaint the public at large with regard to first aid training course to meet out any emergency during man made or natural calamities especially when the heavy firing is going on across the border & most of the people are being injured under the umbrella of St. John Ambulance Association at the Regional Centre Red Cross Bhawan, Jammu.
The said training is being imparted voluntarily by a team Senior Doctors who are well versed with the subject namely Dr.Sudershan Gupta, Prof. & HOD of Anaesthesia ( Retd) , Dr. Rajinder Thapa, Causality Medical Officer SMGS Hospital, Jammu and Dr. Rohini Bhan of Red Cross Dispensary, Jammu.
RC Puri, Hony. Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Region Jammu while speaking on the occasion stressed upon the participants to take part in the said training with zeal & zest and after completion of the said course provide first aid help to the injured of border firing as well as to the needy. |
