Early Times Report jammu, Aug 31: Alleged to be fond of princely lifestyle, a "powerful" J&K Minister has got a lady doctor attached in his house. Her patients are the "high profile" family members of the Minister. The doctor was attached by the authorities concerned in his residence during the Amarnath pilgrimage. A cabin was also carved out for her, official sources said. The yatra was over now but the lady doctor "continues to attend her duty at the Minister's residence. She reaches there in the morning, checks the blood pressure (BP) of his family members and leaves for home after lunch in the afternoon", the sources informed, alleging that the minister's vast family had got a doctor for free. Before her attachment with the Minister, she was posted in a health centre close to his residence. She was attached only for the Amarnath yatra. The pilgrimage had ended but she continued to be there, sources alleged. While the patients were suffering in the health centre, where she was originally posted, she had also perhaps made up her mind to remain attached with the minister and his family, sources said. Sources said the lady doctor had developed good relations with the Minister's family and did not want to leave them. "The Minister's family members were stated to have told him to keep her attached with them and not send her to the place of her posting," sources alleged. |
