CAPD rules relaxed for one family | Flouting SRO 75, family has half a dozen ration, k oil depots | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 4: It may sound bizarre but it is true that a family in Kathua district is holding ownership of more than half a dozen ration and kerosene oil depots, thus flouting SRO No 75 of 2010. According to sources, Dharam Paul, son of Hans Raj, a resident of Girnari tehsil Hiranagar in district Kathua owes one Kerosene oil depot and one ration depot in Girnari. Sources said that one ration depot at Amala belongs to Omkar Sharma who is nephew of Dharam Paul and one ration depot in the name of Anuradha at Tommal who is sister-in-law of Dharam Paul. If sources are to be believed four depots, one ration depot of Gopal Sharma at village Tindari was attached with Dharam Paul, one Ration depot of Hamirpur, one Kerosene oil at Amala, one ration depot at Bhagwal attached with Dharam Paul. Govt SRO no 75 0f2010 Dated 26/10/2010 states that one person can owe only one depot. The question raised here is that how CAPD Department issued more than one depot in favour of Dharampaul and his relatives. |
