JAMMU, Oct 3 : Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Nardni Jammu today organized a free Ayurvedic Medical Camp here today at Choudhary Market Main Bantalab Road.
The camp was supervised by incharge Medical camp Dr KK Kapoor and expert team of doctors from JIAR. A large number of patients visited the camp and were treated according to their diseases and free medicines were distributed among the suffering patients free of cost.
The villagers were advised to follow yoga, Pranayam and Surya Namaskar daily, not to indulge in junk, spicy food and to stay away from alcohol, smoking and drugs. They were also told to maintain cleanliness around their place of living to avoid spread of communicable diseases.
The villagers were also asked to change their life style to remain fit. |
