3rd Science Exhibition under RMSA concludes DIET Poonch 11/24/2015 11:24:19 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Nov 24: 3rd District- level Science Exhibition under RMSA held in Poonch concluded here today with well attended valedictory occasion. A total of 54 models both working and electrical have been displayed on various subjects including the environmental related issues. The valedictory function was presided over by the Principal DIET Poonch Mohinder Singh, who in his address highlighted the achievements of DIET Poonch during the year 2015. He gave some instances of such trainings, workshops and other awareness activities. He also briefed about fair conduction of Middle Standard Exams and spot inspection of Mid Day Meal (MDM) scheme in district which remained self speaking in respect of their targets, achievements and success. Later he also distributed prizes among the winning participants who were declared winners by the panel of judges. Among others who spokes on the valedictory occasion were Azrar Hussain Shah HOD DIET, Amjad Ali Babar Lect. DIET and Janak Raj Sharma Tr. HS Ajote while Master Kartar Chand stole the show by singing a ghazal. A panel of judges namely S Narinder Singh HOD, Deepak Kapoor HOD and Muzaffar Hussain Lect. DIET declared Models of Government HS Jhulaas, HS Degwar Maldayalan and HS Ajote adjudged top three places respectively secondary level whereas models from Government HSS Boys Poonch ,HSS Sawjian and HSS Mankote were declared top three winners respectively in Higher Secondary Level. I/C Educational Technology Wing, S Manmohan Singh presented vote of thanks to the gathering and participants.
